シクロオキシゲナーゼ（COX）阻害剤：フルルビプロフェン

フルルビプロフェン（1）はシクロオキシゲナーゼ（COX）阻害剤の一種で，COX-1とCOX-2をそれぞれ0.1 μM，0.4 μMのIC50で阻害します1)。1はラセミ体混合物として存在し，S体はR体よりも強くCOXイソ酵素を阻害します2,3)。また，1は非ステロイド性抗炎症剤として広く知られています1)。さらに1は，ヒト胚性幹細胞の自己複製と多機能性を維持します4,5)。
*文献1では組み替え体のヒトCOX-1とCOX-2が使用されています。
