Product Information
Volume : 500 mL

Description
This product is supplied as a ready-to-use solution containing Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 (CBB G-250) for gel staining after electrophoresis. No hazardous methanol or acetic acid is in the formulation of this product.

Direction for Use
1 : After electrophoresis, wash the gel in a tray with 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for 5 minutes three times.
2 : Gently mix the CBB solution bottle (Product No. C3488).
3 : Remove the water used for washing, add 25 ∼ 50 mL CBB solution (Product No. C3488) into the tray, and let the gel stain for 1 hour while shaking gently at room temperature.
4 : Destain the gel in 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for 1 hour.
5 : If the background is high, destain the gel in 50 ∼ 100 mL deionized water for more than 1 hour or overnight at room temperature.

Storage
Keep the product away from light and store at room temperature. The product should be used within 1 year from purchase.
