Azosemide: A High-Ceiling Loop Diuretic Agent
Azosemide is a high-ceiling loop diuretic agent. The exact mechanism of action is not fully understood, but there are reports that it mainly acts on both the medullary and cortical segments of the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle, and effectively inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride ions, leading to their increased excretion. (The product is for research purpose only.)
