用于生物成像的荧光有机硅纳米粒子
有机硅纳米粒子因其100nm的直径,适用于生物分子的检测1)。有机硅FITC (Exmax: 492 nm, Emmax: 523 nm)和有机硅罗丹明B (Exmax: 556 nm, Emmax: 579 nm)的表面被硫醇基官能化,使其易于作为荧光标记与抗体等生物分子相结合2),从而使生物分子的检测成为可能。例如,有机硅纳米粒子通过与抗体结合,被用于细胞的荧光检测。也有报道称,给小鼠静脉注射的有机硅纳米粒子能在癌组织中蓄积,因此利用有机硅纳米粒子的强荧光信号的特性,可轻松实现癌组织的活体成像3)。
