赛菊芋黄素类似物(TH): 促进成骨细胞分化
为了利用骨再生医学对严重的骨缺损进行有效的治疗,需要开发出能够强效诱导骨生成的小分子化合物。Ohba等人首次报道了赛菊芋黄素类似物(TH),这是一种可以促进成骨细胞分化的小分子化合物1)。根据他们的报道,TH不仅可以促进成骨前体细胞分化,还在啮齿动物骨缺损模型中促进了骨再生2,3)。另外,在小鼠和人体多能干细胞4,5),以及人牙髓干细胞中6),这种成骨效应也得到了证实。
