Application
N1-Methylpseudouridine 5'-Triphosphate Sodium Salt (ca. 100mM in Water): A Modified Nucleotide for the Development of Next-Generation Vaccines
In recent years, numerous studies have demonstrated that mRNA has outstanding abilities to elicit potent immune responses, making it a viable new platform for the development of next-generation vaccines.1) There are further reports on the incorporation of modified nucleobases into mRNA which provide advantages for the generation of potent and long-lived antibody responses. This product is the 5'-triphosphate sodium salt of 1-methylpseudouridine (m1Ψ) [M3387] which enhances immune evasion, protein production, and consequently improves vaccine efficacy.2,3) We confirm that this product (m1Ψ-triphosphate) is used for the incorporation of it into mRNA by RNA polymerase, as well as transcription.
