Tiotropium Bromide: A Potent Muscarinic Antagonist for M1-, M2- and M3-Receptors in Lung
Tiotropium bromide is an anticholinergic agent that antagonizes muscarinic M1-, M2- and M3-receptors in lung, and is approximately 10-fold more potent than ipratropium bromide [I0907].
