Biotinylation reagents with diazirine and azide for photoproximity labeling
In photoproximity labeling, short-lived reactive active species probes are generated by light irradiation. These probes diffuse through the solution and covalently bind to nearby biomolecules, thus imparting a tag. For instance, it has been reported that antibodies covalently linked to photoreactive catalysts can label the microenvironment surrounding antibody-bound proteins through activation of probes. This technique does not necessitate the use of genetic modification technology. We offer products with different labeling radii for proximity labeling.
Mitochondrial Isolation Kit
The Mitochondrial Isolation Kit [M3527] can be used to easily isolate mitochondria from cultured mammalian cells and tissue. Isolated mitochondria can be used for downstream analyses such as Western blotting. Please take a look at the application examples in the brochure.
Pre-weighed Bioconjugation Reagents
Pre-divided products save the step of weighing. Biotinylation reagents, click reaction reagents, fluorescent labeling reagents, crosslinkers are available.
Antiviral Lectin against SARS-CoV-2 GRFT (Griffithsin)
The GRFT (Griffithsin), which is derived from red algae, is expected for practical use as an antiviral lectin (glycan-binding protein) against pathogenic viruses like HIV. Recently, it has been reported that GRFT exhibits various types of antiviral effects against SARS-CoV-2. The recombinant GRFT is available in large quantities.
