Application
Pancuronium Bromide: A Nondepolarizing Neuromuscular Blocking Agent
Pancuronium bromide is a bis-quaternary amino-steroid compound possessing potent neuro-muscular blocking activity. There are reports that the mechanism of action is by competitively antagonizing the binding of acetylcholine to cholinergic receptors at the motor endplate. Therefore, it is used as a muscle relaxant. (The product is for research purpose only.)
