Ullmann-type cross-couplings have been widely used for C(sp²)-N and C(sp²)-O bond-forming reactions, but there is a room for improvement in terms of reaction rate and substrate range. Recently, benzene-1,2-diamine ligands have been reported for the use in Ullmann-type cross-coupling reactions, which greatly improved the convenience. We offer three diamine ligands ([B6606], [D6240], and [B6801]).

Our staff has reported the Z-selective Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons reaction of p-tolualdehyde using ethyl diphenylphosphonoacetate [D2547] (Ando method). Ethyl diphenylphosphonoacetate can be used to easily introduce (Z)-α,β-unsaturated esters.
