核内因子κB (NFκB) 活性化阻害剤
This compound, often called as JSH-23, is an inhibitor of nuclear factor-κB (NFκB) transcriptional activity (IC50= 7.1 µM). NFκB is a protein complex controls transcription of DNA and inflammatory cytokine production. JSH-23 has been reported to inhibit lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced nuclear translocation of NFκB without affecting the process of NFκB - IκB complex degradation.
