Desoximetasone (or Desoxymethasone): A Potent Topical Corticosteroid
Desoximetasone (or desoxymethasone) is a potent topical corticosteroid owing to its high affinity for glucocorticoid receptors. Corticosteroids play a role in cellular signaling, immune function, inflammation and protein regulation, and they are commonly used to control inflammation.
