1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene salt (1) 是一种光产碱剂，它可以释放出强碱TBD。1是TBD和甲基氧杂蒽酮乙酸结合得到的盐，有高效的光脱羧反应
(量子产率: φ=约0.64)，并通过紫外光照射 (254 nm或365 nm)
产生游离的TBD。例如，在室温下，照射由环氧单体、硫醇单体和1制备得到的活性树脂可以实现阴离子紫外光固化。也有报道称，在释放TBD的放大器的照射下，TBD大量增加。除TBD外，由于甲基氧杂蒽酮乙酸还可以与其他的碱配对，因此1有望用作为各种光成像材料。
