铑催化作用下1,2-二胺衍生物的合成
Du Bois等人报道了铑催化作用下烯烃的1,2-二氨基化反应。根据他们的研究结果,在Rh2(esp)2的催化作用,以及iodobenzene diacetate促进的氮杂环丙烷化作用下,烯烃生成了氮杂环丙烷化合物2。之后加入碘化钠,氮杂环丙烷化合物2断裂形成开链中间体3,再经过随后的闭环过程,便生成了五元环磺酰胺4。在吡啶水溶液的作用下,磺酰胺4发生水解,最终转化成单Boc-保护的1,2-二胺。在此反应过程中,相继发生的开环和闭环反应是两个SN2取代。因此,E型烯烃作为起始反应物时会得到反式-1,2-二胺,而Z型烯烃则会得到顺式-1,2-二胺。
