Highly Sensitive and Specific Enzymic Cycling Method
Highly sensitive and specific enzymic cycling methods have been developed for proteins, nucleotides and serum assay. Thionicotinamide-DPN oxidized form (abbrev: thio-NAD) and thionicotinamide-DPN disodium salt reduced form (abbrev: thio-NADH) [T2980] are used for this methods. The production rate of thio-NADH is measured by its absorbance at 404/660 nm, as against NADH at 340 nm.
