This product is a mixture of 4 kinds of protease inhibitors which protect protein samples from proteolysis. This product does not contain EDTA, making it compatible with metal chelate affinity chromatography.
Composition

Concentration (at 1x Dil.): 500 μM
Target proteases: Serine protease
[Component 2] Aprotinin
Concentration (at 1x Dil.): 2 μM
Target proteases: Serine protease, Esterase
[Component 3] E-64
Concentration (at 1x Dil.): 10 μM
Target protease: Cysteine protease
[Component 4] Leupeptin
Concentration (at 1x Dil.): 20 μM
Target proteases: Cysteine protease, Trypsin-like protease
Directions for Use
- Dissolve the product in 1 mL of deionized water to make a 100×stock solution.
- Dilute with your choice of buffer to 1× concentration.
Storage
Store at -20 °C. After reconstitution, store at 4 °C and use within 3 months.
