Product Form : Dibenzocycolctyne (DBCO) conjugated to human serum albumin (HSA), derived from Oryza sativa. The conjugate contains between 5 and 15 moles of DBCO per mole of HSA.

Storage
Store at −20 °C to −80 °C (Preferably at −80 °C). It is not recommended storing at 4 °C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Conjugation Protocol
- Dilute HSA-DBCO in PBS to a concentration of 2 mg/mL (30 μM).
- To the solution in #1), add 1/10 volume of a stock azide compound solution prepared at a concentration of 6 – 60 mM.
- Incubate for 2 hours at room temperature.
- Remove unreacted products using a desalting column or dialysis method.
Note: It may be necessary to adjust the above reaction conditions based on your specific experimental design.
