PCI29732: A Highly Selective Irreversible Inhibitor for Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (Btk)
PCI29732 is a selective irreversible inhibitor for Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) which is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase important in B-lymphocyte development, differentiation, and signaling.1) In addition, the study recently has demonstrated that PCI29732 inhibits the function of ABCG2 by competitively binding to the ATP-binding site of ABCG2 and enhances the anti-tumor efficacy of substrate chemotherapeutic agents.2) (The product is for research purpose only.)
