Application
β1-アドレナリン受容体選択的アンタゴニスト作用と一酸化窒素 (NO) の遊離を介する薬理作用を併せ持つ化合物,ネビボロール塩酸塩
Nebivolol hydrochloride is a third-generation β-adrenergic receptor antagonist (β-blocker). It differs from other β-adrenergic receptor antagonists (propranolol hydrochloride [P0995], carvedilol [C2260], bisoprolol hemifumarate [B3994] and atenolol [A1414]) as it combines highly selective β1-adrenergic receptor antagonist properties with nitric oxide-mediated vasodilatory actions and beneficial effects on endothelial function. (The product is for research purpose only.)
