Application
Melperone: A 5-HT2A/D2 Receptor Antagonist
Melperone is a 5-HT2A/D2 receptor antagonist, and also binds adrenergic α1 and α2 receptors. Meanwhile, melperone works as an inhibitor of CYP2D6. Melperone is used as an atypical neuroleptic. Melperone is structurally related to the typical antipsychotic haloperidol [H0912]. (The product is for research purpose only.)
