Application
Ginsenoside C-K: A Major Deglycosylated Metabolite of Ginsenosides, a Traditional Medicine
Ginsenosides are representative pharmaceutical compounds found in various forms in Panax ginseng, a traditional medicinal plant. Then ginsenoside C-K (compound K) is a major deglycosylated metabolite of ginsenosides transformed by intestinal bacterial flora. And it has been demonstrated such diverse intriguing biological properties as anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammation, anti-allergic, anti-diabetic, anti-angiogenesis, anti-aging, neuroprotective and hepatoprotective effects. (The product is for research purpose only.)
