Application
Y-320: An Inhibitor of the Release of IL-17 by CD4 T Cells
Y-320 is an orally active phenylpyrazoleanilide immunomodulator. Y-320 inhibits interleukin 17 (IL-17) production by CD4 T cells stimulated with IL-15 which is a pro-inflammatory cytokine with roles in cancer and autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis.1) Recently, there is a report that Y-320 can be used as a read-through agent for the treatment of genetic diseases caused by premature termination codons (PTC). 2) (The product is for research purpose only.)
