Application
Pirenzepine Dihydrochloride: A M1 Receptor Selective Antagonist
Pirenzepine dihydrochloride is a M1 receptor selective antagonist and a “selective” anti-ulcer agent. Unlike classic anticholinergic agents, pirenzepine inhibits gastric acid secretion at lower doses than are required to affect gastrointestinal motility, salivary, central nervous system, cardiovascular, ocular and urinary functions. (The product is for research purpose only.)
