Application
Etofenamate: The Diethylene Glycol Ester of Flufenamic Acid, a Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID).
Etofenamate is the diethylene glycol ester of flufenamic acid [T2354], a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Etofenamate is hydrolyzed to flufenamic acid and exerts its anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting COX activity and prostaglandin (PG) synthesis. Etofenamate is used for the treatment of joint and muscular pain in clinical. (The product is for research purpose only.)
