Polybenzoxazole Raw Materials

Polypentoxazoles (PBOs) are known as polymer materials with excellent heat resistance, insulation, and water resistance. PBO is usable for a protective film and insulating film in the electronics field due to its excellent properties, and is also expected as an alternative material to a polyimide with the hygroscopicity. The raw materials for polybenzoxazole synthesis are shown.
