“The purity of materials” is an important factor directly influencing organic field-effect transistor (OFET) device parameters. At the same time, materials with problems in solubility and stability are difficult to analyze for purity via general analytical methods.

TCI has already started the fabrication and evaluation of the OFET devices using our products in order to provide high-purity and quality materials. We strive to have our products used with confidence.
