Coupling Activators and Condensing Agents [Nucleic Acid Synthesis]

The phosphoramidite method is a general-purpose oligonucleotide synthesis method used in nucleic acid synthesis research. Condensation activators are reagents used in the phosphoramidite method for the coupling reaction between the 5' position hydroxyl group at the end of the oligonucleotide chain and the nucleoside phosphoramidite.
