Intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Detection Assay Kit

Assay kit [I1265] realizes rapid detection of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS can be detected by various methods such as plate reader and flow cytometry methods.

Lysine-Specific Demethylase (LSD) Inhibitors for Epigenetics Research

Both the LSD inhibitor S1024 [B6490] and the LSD inhibitor S1025 [B6491] show equally potent inhibitory activity against LSD1, while B6490 shows higher inhibitory activity against LSD2 than B6491. B6490, due to its inhibitory effect, is reported to increase intracellular histone modification type H3K4me2.

OCT4 Activators

OCT4 is a master regulator of the induction and maintenance of cellular pluripotency, and has crucial roles in early stages of cell differentiation. OAC-2 [O0619] and OAC-3 [O0614] activate OCT4 expression and improve the efficiency of reprogramming from embryonic fibroblasts to induced pluripotent stem cells.

Anti-Non-human Glycoform Antibodies for Flow Cytometry

Non-human glycans are known to trigger human immune responses. In order to rapidly detect αGal epitope (Galα1-3Gal) and N-glycolylneuraminic acid (Neu5Gc), which are non-human glycans, we have prepared anti-αGal polyclonal antibody R-PE conjugate [A3354] and anti-NeuGc polyclonal antibody R-PE conjugate [A3360], which bind specifically to each of them. They can be used for rapid detection of non-human glycans on the cell surface.
