Application
Clonidine Hydrochloride: An α2-Adrenoceptor Agonist
Clonidine hydrochloride, an imidazoline derivative, is an α2-adrenoceptor agonist such as dexmedetomidine hydrochloride [D5062], guanfacine hydrochloride [G0414], moxonidine [M2660] and et al. Clonidine stimulates α2-adrenoceptor in the brain stem, and suppresses sympathetic outflow and decreases vascular resistance resulting in lower blood pressure. (The product is for research purpose only.)
