SB 216763 (1) is a potent and selective cell permeable glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3) inhibitor.1) The inhibitory mechanism is ATP-competitive. The Ki and IC50 of 1 to GSK-3α are 9.10 nM and 34.3 nM, respectively.
