抑制癌症干细胞的抗肿瘤植物化学成分
具有生物活性的呋喃并萘醌napabucasin最早发现于Tabebuia cassinoides的树皮中1)。据报道,napabucasin对KB细胞及各种癌细胞株具有显著的细胞毒性1-4)。此外,napabucasin通过抑制STAT3(信号转导和转录激活因子3)对基因转录的驱动作用,可以杀死从多种癌组织中分离出的癌症干细胞。在小鼠模型中,napabucasin有效抑制了癌症的复发和转移,因此,有望用于癌症疗法的开发中5)。
