XAV 939 is also used with CHIR 99021 as a key component for mouse epiblast stem cell and human embryonic stem cell self-renewal.1) Conversion of mouse EpiSCs to naïve-like PSCs (rESCs) is enhanced by inhibition of nuclear translocation of β-catenin with XAV 939.2)
