Application
CRISPR Genome Editing
DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) inhibitor, NU 7441, reduces the frequency of non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) while increasing the rate of homology-directed recombination (HDR) following Cas9-mediated DNA cleavage.1)

Application
NU7441: DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) inhibitor
Recently, the inhibition of DNA repair is emerging as a new therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment. NU7441 (KU57788) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the DNA repair enzyme DNA-dependent protein serine/threonine kinase (DNA-PK) which is activated by DNA damage and mediates DNA double-strand break repair. (The product is for research purpose only.)
