Application
Pronamide: A Herbicide Grouped with Mitotic Disrupters
Propyzamide (also called pronamide) is a selective herbicide for selective control of certain grasses and broad leaf weeds. Propyzamide enters weeds via root uptake from the soil. Pronamide is grouped with mitotic disrupter herbicides that inhibit microtubule assembly. Recently, the carcinogenic action of pronamide is reported. (The product is for research purpose only.)
