Description

• Bisbenzimide H 33258 is a fluorescent stain for labeling DNA.
  DNA-bound Bisbenzimide H 33258 is readily excited with UV and emits fluorescence in the blue region of the visible light spectrum (Excitation : 355 nm / Emission : 465 nm).

Direction for Use

• Fluorescence Staining of Cell Nucleus
• Fix and permeabilize cells as desired.
  Dilute Bisbenzimide H 33258 solution 1/1000* with PBS or an appropriate buffer.
• *Typical working concentration used in most applications is 0.1 μg/mL - 10 μg/mL.
  Incubate with cells at room temperature for 5 - 30 minutes**
• ** Extend Incubate time as desired.
  Mount sample with an appropriate medium and proceed to imaging.

Storage

• Store at −20 °C for long term storage. It may be kept at 4 °C for short term storage. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
