Application
Fenpyroximate: An Inhibitor of the Mitochondrial Proton-Translocating NADH-Quinone Oxidoreductase (Complex I)

Fenpyroximate is a phenoxypyrazole acaricide used in fruit crops. It is reported that fenpyroximate is an inhibitor of the mitochondrial proton-translocating NADH-quinone oxidoreductase (complex I) which catalyzes the transfer of an electron pair from NADH to quinone, an oxidation reaction that is coupled with the translocation of four protons across the membrane.
