Luteolin: A Common Flavonoid with Multiple Biological Effects
Luteolin, 3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, is a common flavonoid that exists in many types of plants including dendranthema morifolium and medicinal herbs. It has been reported that luteolin exerts multiple biological effects, such as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, antimicrobial and anticancer activities through pathways.
