Novel Solvent-soluble Fullerene Derivative C60MC12
C60MC12 is a solvent-soluble fullerene derivative which exhibits an excellent n-type organic semiconducting material property. A field effect transistor (FET) device made with C60MC12 forms a highly ordered crystalline film, which leads to a high electron mobility of 0.4 cm2V-1s-1. This value is comparable with those of amorphous thin-film transistors.
