Application
速効性のATP感受性K+チャンネルアンタゴニスト,ナテグリニド
Nateglinide is a D-phenylalanine derivative which rapidly increases the release of insulin from pancreatic B-cells. More rapidly than that of sulfonylurea antidiabetics, nateglinide inhibits ATP-gated K+ channels and thereby causes depolarization of the B-cell membrane. The depolarization leads to activation of voltage-dependent Ca channels and Ca2+ influx into the B-cell, and eventually increases insulin release. (The product is for research purpose only.)
