GABA再取り込み阻害剤ニペコチン酸の活性エナンチオマー，(R)-(-)-ニペコチン酸
(R)-(-)-Nipecotic Acid is aγ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) reuptake inhibitor in vitro, used in scientific research. Some (R)-(-)-nipecotic acid prodrugs have been synthesized and evaluated for their bioactivity in vivo, such as the ethyl ester [N0655]. It is reported that (R)-(-)-nipecotic acid is the active enantiomer of nipecotic acid [N0420].
