S-(+)-Ibuprofen is the pharmacologically active enantiomer of ibuprofen [I0415], a non-selective non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting both the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes and prostaglandin synthesis. (The product is for research purpose only.)
