Scoparone: A Bioactive Coumarin with Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidant Activities
Scoparone is a coumarin found in Artemisia capillaris Thunberg, which is used in a traditional Chinese herbal medicine called Yīn-Chén-Hāo decoction (YCHD).1) Scoparone has been reported to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-apoptotic, anti-fibrotic, and anti-tumor activities.2-4) (The product is for research purpose only.)
