Ttyrphostin AG 879: A RTK Inhibitor
RTKs (Receptor tyrosine kinases), transmembrane glycoproteins present on cell surface, are important molecules in biological phenomenon to control basic cell activities such as proliferation, differentiation, survival and death. It has been reported that tyrphostin AG 879 inhibits RTKs with anti-proliferative activities against cancer cells and viruses. (The product is for research purpose only.)
