- Buffer : Phosphate buffered-saline (PBS)
- Product Form : Dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) conjugated to human serum albumin (HSA), derived from Oryza sativa. The conjugate contains between 5 and 15 moles of DBCO per mole of HSA.

Storage
- Store at −20°C to −80°C (Preferably at −80°C). Storage at 4°C is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Conjugation Protocol

- Dilute HSA-DBCO in PBS to a concentration of 2 mg/mL (30 μM).
- To the solution in step 1, add 1/10 volume of a stock azide compound solution prepared at a concentration of 6-60 mM.
- Incubate for 2 hours at room temperature.
- Remove unreacted products using a desalting column or dialysis method.
- Note: It may be necessary to adjust the above reaction conditions based on your specific experimental design.
