Application
Trimethylsilylating Reagent for GC Derivatization
Experimental procedure:
A dry sample (1 mg) is placed into a vial, (0.24 mL) and BSTFA (0.24 mL) is added. After sealing the vial, it is shaken to become a homogenized solution, and then heated with an oil bath (150 °C) for 15 min. After cooling, it can be used as a GC sample.
