A Potent Inhibitor of Fms - Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 (FLT3)
It is reported that this compound exhibits potent inhibitory activity against the Fms - Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 (FLT3).1) For your information, FLT3 belongs to class III receptor tyrosine kinase family, and expresses on most acute leukemia cells. Therefore, several potent FLT3 inhibitors have been developed in recent years.2)
