AG 1478 Hydrochloride: An EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor
Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) is a type of receptor found in cells that plays a role in various cancer-related processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, angiogenesis and metastasis. Increased expression of EGFR is often seen in various types of tumors and has become an important target for cancer therapy. AG 1478 hydrochloride is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in laboratory cancer studies. (The product is for research use only.)
