Application
γ-アミノ酪酸 (GABA) 再取り込み阻害剤,ニペコチン酸
Nipecotic acid is a γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) reuptake inhibitor in vitro, used in scientific research. Some nipecotic acid prodrugs have been synthesized and evaluated for their bioactivity in vivo. It is reported that the R-enantiomer [N0654] is a more potent inhibitor than the S-enantiomer [N0678] of the uptake of GABA.
