Application
Eltoprazine Dihydrochloride: A Small Molecule 5HT1A/1B Partial Agonist
Eltoprazine dihydrochloride is a small molecule 5HT1A/1B partial agonist. In clinical, it has been used as an antiaggressive agent (serenic) for the treatment of adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Alzheimer’s aggression. Recently, it approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an orphan drug for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease levodopa-induced dyskinesia (PD-LID). (The product is for research purpose only.)
