Isoliquiritigenin: A Bioactive Chalconoid found in Licorice (Glycyrrhizae Radix)
Isoliquiritigenin is one of the bioactive ingredients isolated from the roots of plants belonging to licorice (Glycyrrhizae Radix) which has been used as a traditional medicine.1,2) It has been demonstrated that isoliquiritigenin exerts a wide range of biological activities such as antioxidant, antitumor, antiaging, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic activities.2-4) (The product is for research purpose only.)
